TORONTO, August 10, 2023 – Bunker Hill Mining Corp. (“Bunker Hill” or the “Company”) (CSE: BNKR, OTCQB: BHLL) is pleased to announce the receipt of conditional listing approval from the Listing Committee of the TSX Venture Exchange (the “TSX-V” or the “Exchange”). The Company anticipates that its common stock (the “Common Shares”) will begin trading on the TSX-V on or about September 8, 2023.

Sam Ash, CEO, stated: “I am delighted to inform investors of our TSX-V conditional listing approval, a long-planned and major corporate milestone.  This will potentially enable further institutional investment in Bunker Hill and marks an important point in the maturation and growth of the Company.  We look forward to opening the market in person at the TSX-V in Toronto on September 8th to celebrate this moment”.

TSX-V CONDITIONAL LISTING APPROVAL

On August 10, 2023, and following a thorough application review process, the Company received a formal letter from the TSX-V confirming that its Common Shares have been conditionally approved for listing, subject to meeting the final requirements of the Exchange, including certain final documentation.

The Company has also been invited to conduct the formal market opening ceremony at the TMX Market Centre in Toronto on September 8, 2023.  Key management and stakeholders, including Sprott Streaming, will participate in the celebration.  Subject to satisfaction of the final requirements of the Exchange, the Company expects that its Common Shares will commence trading on or about the same day.

U.S. EXCHANGE LISTING TO BE CONSIDERED

The Company also plans to consider a U.S. exchange listing as a further step in its growth strategy, consistent with anticipated U.S. institutional investor interest.   The Common Shares currently trade under the symbol “BHLL” on the OTC Venture Market (OTCQB).
